Where do I upload my website files? Print

Upload website files to the public_html folder (or the document root shown in your welcome email) using cPanel File Manager or FTP.

Using cPanel File Manager

1. Log in to cPanel from your Pakish client area.
2. Open File Manager.
3. Open public_html.
4. Click Upload and select your files. For a main site, place index.html or index.php in this folder.

Using FTP

Use the FTP hostname, username, and password from your welcome email. Connect with FileZilla or another FTP client and upload to public_html.
