Use the email settings from cPanel Email Accounts → Connect Devices for the correct server names and ports for your account.
Typical secure settings
- Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com — port 993 (SSL/TLS)
- Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com — port 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)
- Username: full email address
- Password: the mailbox password set in cPanel
Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain. Exact hostnames are shown in cPanel for your server.
