Download backups from cPanel when you have backup access on your plan.
- Log in to cPanel.
- Open Backup or Backup Wizard.
- Download a full backup or partial backup (home directory, databases, email forwarders).
Backup availability and retention depend on your hosting plan. Maintain your own off-site copies for important sites.
