How to Build a Website with Sitejet AI in cPanel Print

Sitejet AI lets you generate a starter website from a short business description when your cPanel account includes Sitejet Builder or Sitejet AI Website Generator. If you do not see Sitejet in cPanel, use Softaculous Apps Installer or WordPress Manager by Softaculous instead.

Before you start

• Log in to cPanel from your Pakish client area.
• Confirm the domain you want to use already points to your hosting account.
• If a live website already exists in public_html, back it up first — see How can I download a backup of my site?.

Confirm Sitejet AI is available

1. In cPanel, search for Sitejet.
2. If Sitejet appears, open it. If it does not, Sitejet may not be included on your plan — install WordPress via Softaculous or contact Pakish support to confirm plan features.

Generate your website

1. Open Sitejet AI Website Generator (or Sitejet Builder).
2. Select the domain or subdirectory for the new site.
3. Describe your business, services, and preferred style in plain language.
4. Review the generated layout, colours, and sample text.
5. Edit pages, images, and contact details before publishing.

Create a restore point before overwriting an existing site

1. Download a full or home-directory backup from Backup, Backup Wizard, or JetBackup 5 if available on your plan.
2. Note the current contents of public_html and any existing robots.txt.
3. Publish to a test subdomain first when possible using cPanel Subdomains and a separate document root.

Publish safely

1. Publish only when you have reviewed every page.
2. Keep robots.txt appropriate for a production site unless you intentionally block search engines on a test copy.
3. After publishing, visit the site in a private browser window and test contact forms and mobile layout.

When Sitejet is unsuitable

Do not publish Sitejet over an existing WordPress installation unless you intend to replace it completely. WordPress sites should be updated through WordPress or migrated with a proper backup. For WordPress, use WordPress installation steps instead.
